Department of Public Law

The Department of Public Law is responsible for teaching and research in a number of basic areas: Constitutional law, Administrative law, International law, EU law, and Tax law.

The Department also covers areas in its teaching and research that are associated with the basic areas: special areas of EU law (e.g. Competition law), special areas of Tax law, Health law, Comparative constitutional law, Local government law, Environmental law, Employment in the public service, Governance of public undertakings, Public undertakings, International protection of human rights, Social law, and Aliens law.
